Hacken, the individualized cybersecurity provider focused on blockchain technology today released the voting results for its new CER (Crypto Exchange Ranks) product. The MVP is scheduled to be launched in the near future.
The first 12 exchanges that will be checked by CER will be OKEx, Bitfinex, Binance, GDAX, Kraken, Huobi, Bitstamp, Bittrex, HitBTC, Poloniex, Gemini, and Upbit.
The Hacken team made the following statement:
“Time flies like crazy and today is the day to announce the voting results. First of all, want to thank you for voting and sharing your thoughts with us. You’ve done a fantastic job! Lately, it became obvious that even the most trusted exchanges have vulnerabilities. So nobody can feel safe.”
“When Mt. Gox was hacked it was insolvent and buckled under the pressure, declaring itself bankrupt. Today’s crypto market is still feeling tremors from this event in 2014. Some people even say that this most recent bear market is a result of the Mt. Gox BTC dumps.”
“Something we should all keep in mind is that 2018 has the highest amount of crypto-related hacks in the history of cryptocurrencies – the CoinCheck hack was worth $540 million worth of NEM.”
“Thus, we do believe that launching of CER (Crypto Exchange Ranks) is going to give a tremendous impact on the crypto exchange race. We promised to reveal the first 12 of them, which would be released in the MVP of Crypto Exchange Rating.”
