Request, a crypto payments network platform, announced that it has added a batch payments feature. Back in April, the Request team asked its users which feature should be built next for Request Invoicing. The most voted-for feature is now available: batch payments, i.e. mass payment or mass payout.
Businesses or individuals can pay multiple recipients simultaneously instead of having to pay every invoice separately. With batch payments, users save a great deal of time and expense, as paying numerous invoices at once is cheaper than the sum of paying each invoice independently.
At the moment, batch payment works only with the Gnosis Safe wallet and ERC-20 tokens that are supported by Request Invoicing:
Yesterday, we made 54 payments in $REQ
It took us ~50 seconds. The invoice payments happened via @gnosisSafe and were batched through @RequestdApps integration
Human time spent to make the payments happen: ~50 sec in total, incl. multisig validation✌️#CompliantCryptoInvoices
