Validity Labs, a provider of blockchain-powered decentralized applications based in Switzerland, announced they have joined The International Token Standardization Association (ITSA) e.V.
ITSA is a not for profit association of German law that aims at promoting the development and implementation of comprehensive market standards for the identification, classification and analysis of DLT- and blockchain-based cryptographic tokens.
The Validity Labs’ team journey started in 2015 with the Ethereum genesis block as the first blockchain education company in Switzerland. After educating many decentralized developers in the early days, teaching hands-on workshops learning to program smart-contract they shifted their educational focus on the areas covering legal professionals, compliant-officers, accountants and asset-manager to bridge the line between technology and legal compliance.
Validity Labs is the technical partner of choice for a range of startups as well as large corporates, offering support and know-how in the areas of blockchain-enabled solutions, decentralized applications, tokenization, initial coin offerings (ICO) and security token offerings (STO). The company specializes in engineering smart contracts as well as building novel Web3 solutions from frontend to backend.
ITSA
So far various reputable organizations have already committed to join ITSA as associated founding members, reaching from corporates (e.g. Commerzbank’s Main Incubator, Bank Frick, MME, Börse Stuttgart) over associations (e.g. Bundesverband deutscher Banken, the German Investment Funds Association BVI), startups (e.g. Cashlink, solarisBank, CryptoTax, and Ambrosus) and universities (e.g. Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, University of Mainz, TU Munich, Hasso Plattner Institute or UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies in London) to private members (one of the co-creators of the ERC20 standard).
