MyEtherWallet (MEW), a user interface client for interacting with the Ethereum network, has announced a new partnership with Rivet to provide for its blockchain infrastructure needs.
Rivet was created by the same folks who designed OpenRelay, the first open source relayer built for 0x. Rivet provides a privacy-first node service that delivers fast, accurate, and reliable connectivity to the Ethereum blockchain.
“The OpenRelay team is thrilled to contribute to MEW’s ongoing success story, and we are deeply honored to have the opportunity to help them continue to thrive and grow. And thanks to our deeply-shared commitment to privacy, MEW’s users can rest assured that they will always be treated like people — not products.”
– Austin Roberts, CEO and lead developer of OpenRelay
MEW is one of the longest-running and most trusted names in the Ethereum space. The team recently launched the fifth version of their wallet which puts the Ethereum blockchain at users’ fingertips. Together with Rivet — MEW delivers a private, secure and intuitive way to manage ETH and ERC-20 tokens.
“Infrastructure innovation is going to be every bit as important in the decentralized web as new use cases. We’re excited not only for the value Rivet can bring to our users, but for the value, they can bring to the entire blockchain ecosystem.”
– Kosala Hemachandra, Founder and CEO of MEW
