Neufund, the end-to-end solution for securities tokenization and issuance, announced today the launch of its first retail available offering on the platform. The Neufund team informed that following legal clearance from the Financial Monetary Authority in Liechtenstein, it can now host offerings with a ticket size of just 10 EUR, making them accessible to investors of all sizes.
The first retail equity token offering (ETO) is now available from Croatian company Greyp, a high-tech mobility platform. Greyp is a technology company which produces electric bikes. A sister company of supercar-maker Rimac Automobili and led by CEO Mate Rimac, Greyp’s leading investors include Porsche AG and Camel Group, and T-Mobile is among its major partners. The company is raising funds to further build out a connected mobility platform.
