Crypto.com, a crypto payment network ecosystem, earlier this week announced a partnership agreement with node hosting and monitoring service AllNodes, which has begun to provide hosting services for the Crypto.com chain council node. Crypto.com Chain (CRO) holders are now able to acquire and host board nodes and earn a 12% annual reward.
When the Crypto.com chain main network is started, the board node will assume key network functions, including but not limited to:
- Transaction settlement
- Sort of transactions;
- Verify all transactions;
- Provide hosting services (Certificate of Delivery of Goods and Services).
Board nodes are critical to ensuring the high performance and security of the Crypto.com chain.
Board node rewards: Each node will earn 12% in CROs per year to reward its contribution to the network.
Minimums:
- Stake 500,000 CRO through Allnodes.com (get a full seat and keep in own wallet)
- Stake 10,000 CRO through the Crypto.com Mobile Wallet App (share seats with others, hosted by App)
How to participate:
When using AllNodes, the CRO remains in the wallet that the user keeps. Node rewards go directly to the wallet address of the user. To support this collaboration, AllNodes is offering 6 months of free hosting for the top 100 managed nodes.
If users want to participate in the board node and get rewards, they just need to click on the Crypto.com Mobile Wallet App to mortgage the CRO directly from the CRO wallet in the app. This feature was launched back on April 8th.
The service is open for all Crypto.com mobile wallet App certified users, except for citizens or residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China, Singapore, Switzerland or the United States.
