TRIVE Ventures (previously known as TRi5 Ventures), a Southeast Asia focused Venture Capital (VC) firm based in Singapore, today announced the launch of its blockchain accelerator, Tribe Accelerator – a blockchain accelerator focused on product development.
The blockchain accelerator is supported by Enterprise Singapore, the lead government agency responsible for developing the startup ecosystem and making Singapore a global hub for startups. Other partners of the blockchain accelerator include PwC Singapore’s Venture Hub and South Korea’s ICON Foundation.
Singapore leads the way in the revolution and adoption of blockchain technology, as evidenced by the growing number of blockchain initiatives in both the private sector as well as various government projects and initiatives. Tribe Accelerator will assist startups in achieving the same level of real-world applicability and impact on the individuals and businesses, and act as a key catalyst in driving this growth in Singapore and the region.
