Abacus, an issuance platform for tokenized securities built on an identity and compliance protocol for permissioned tokens, has entered an agreement to list security tokens issued through their platform on OpenFinance Network (OFN), the trading platform for tokenized securities.
“OFN is excited to partner with Abacus and connect with their tokenized security issuers and identity and compliance infrastructure,” said OpenFinance Network CEO, Juan Hernandez. “Abacus’s ability to eliminate repetitive KYC/AML checks for every token offering provides users with a more streamlined experience, and we look forward to serving each of them.”
OFN continues to establish key partnerships throughout the digital asset and blockchain industries while serving a global network of investors across various securities offerings types, including Regulation D, Regulation S, Regulation A+, and Regulation CF.
“OpenFinance will be an integral partner for Abacus as we build towards a tokenized future,” said Pradyuman Vig, CEO of Abacus. “The integration between Abacus and OpenFinance will give our customers access to a seamless and compliant secondary trading experience for their tokenized securities.”
