Coinfirm, a software provider using blockchain technology to solve compliance and risk management problems, has partnered with Atman, a company specializing in business solutions in the field of transmission security (TRANSEC) and rapid data processing. Coinfirm will setup colocation services for its computing cluster and provision efficient fiber-optic links between the Coinfirm offices and the Atman server room.
At the moment, the Coinfirm database is one of the largest structured blockchain databases in the world and contains data on almost 10 billion transactions with the number of monitored addresses (participating in these transactions) exceeding 500 million.
“Thanks to this cooperation, we will be able to provide our clients with services of even better parameters. Due to the continuous development of our products and perpetual increase of data, which we analyze on our platform, we are constantly working on increasing the efficiency of our systems.”
“Blockchain is slowly ceasing to be a tool for handling only cryptocurrency transactions. The bolder application of this technology in the financial industry, compliance management, risk management and in the e-state means that for efficient operations it needs a developed and flexible centrode and telecommunications infrastructure. It’s not just about cheap electricity in large quantities to supply hundreds of cryptocurrency excavator miners. In new applications of blockchain, the aim is also increasingly about infrastructure security and credibility of processes – with the possibility of fast scaling, when the initially uncertain idea proves to be a bull’s eye.”
