Blockstream has announced that the ICE Data Services Cryptocurrency Data Feed, distributed via the ICE Consolidated Feed and powered by Blockstream technology is now live. The feed was first announced in January of this year.
Blockstream works with cryptocurrency exchanges around the world and consolidates the data sets into a multi-asset and multi-venue data feed, capturing streaming real-time and historical data for the most actively traded digital currencies.
All cross rates between currencies are recorded and processed which improves data integrity, creates a unique sequence number, and adds details on the trade location and other relevant orderbook data such as quantity, price, currency, and timestamp.
Currently, more than twenty exchanges representing almost 65% of global cryptocurrency trade volume in Asia, Europe, and North and South America are participating in the feed.
The feed includes data from Bitbank, Bitfinex, BitMEX, Bitso, Bitstamp, BtcBox, CEX.IO, Coinfloor, Coincheck, ItBit, Gopax, Huobi, OKCoin, OKEx, SurBTC, The Rock Trading, Unocoin, Vaultoro, Zaif, with many more planned.
