Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex announced today that for its version 2.5.8 mobile app release for iOS they have enabled access to Ripple (XRP).
With XRP now approved by Apple for mobile applications, the exchange was quick to integrate it. The Ripple native asset will be available to trade against USD and BTC.
Note that Apple has a limited list of supported cryptocurrencies at this time. Currently, the iOS version supports USD, BTC, LTC, ETH, ETC, ZEC, and XRP.
As of this date, Apple’s iOS supports USD, BTC, LTC, ETH, ETC, ZEC, and XRP.
Bitfinex says they are continuing to work with Apple to enable more currencies on the iOS app in a future release.
