Announced earlier today, privacy-focused cryptocurrency Monero is now available on Hong Kong-headquartered exchange Bitfinex. Monero deposits and withdrawals have officially been enabled as of Wednesday, November 30th at 18:30 UTC.
Monero is a secure, private, untraceable currency. It is open-source and freely available to all. The two new currency pairs that will be available for exchange trading include: XMR/USD and XMR/BTC.
Bitfinex is one of the largest and most liquid bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. The company allows users to easily trade in USD/BTC, USD/LTC, USD/ETH, USD/ETC, LTC/BTC, ETH/BTC, and ETC/BTC and now Monero (XMR).
